What’s In Store For Station Road Restaurant?

Does anyone know what the story is regarding Station Road Restaurant? I read an article in the East Hampton Star about a dispute over what to do with the former Water Mill train station, but it made no mention of turning it into a restaurant. How then, to explain the sign? Apparently its fate should have already been sealed, but I’m having difficulty obtaining it. More photos and official closing note below:
