Tracy Feith is a Surf Lodge staple. The designer himself, his clothing, even his look-alike: they all pop up at the Montauk hot spot regularly. So when we saw this African print bikini we thought it would fit in perfect with the laid-back atmosphere of one of our favorite places. A little bit on the pricey side, what really swung us was the polka dot lining of the suit. That and the over-sized bow sold us - Tracy Feith has done it again. So even if you can no longer purchase this suit at the Tracy Feith boutique located in the Surf Lodge, we got you covered. Although we’re not sure if we recommend wearing it as your attire on a Saturday night. [Suit Up!]
We were really jealous we missed out on tie-dying with Sam Talbot and Tracy Feith at Surf Lodge last weekend. We’re sure that duo would have made the throwback to our summer camp days a tad bit more fashionable. But regardless, we’re willing to admit - here at GofG, we all love tie-dye. And apparently we aren’t the only ones. Bar Rafaeli, Sports Illustrated 2009 Cover Girl and Hurley brand ambassador, apparently agrees with us, as she sported a similar suit on the cover of the magazine this year. More »

Is the tie-dye party making a comeback?! We hope so. As a favorite summer pastime from most people’s childhoods, we can’t think of a better way to spend a summer day than taking it old school by turning white tees into psychedelic masterpieces and Surf Lodge agrees. Chef Sam Talbot and designer Tracy Feith were spotted tie-dying their little hearts out Saturday night with t-shirts and chef aprons for a Montauk style tie-dye party hosted by Madewell. We’re glad to see the real you has finally made it to the East End. The studly surfer-chic fashion designer headed to the Montauk Yacht Club’s Fourth of July kick-off party at their Barracuda Bar with DJ Jeffrey Tonnesen. - NY Mag just came out with their Summer Issue, and Southampton’s Shinnecock East County Park Beach was selected as one of the best beaches to visit. With an easy to get permit, you can drive you car onto the sandy shore of this beach and sleep over. Let the partying begin [NY Mag]
- After recently looking through the East Hampton police news, a very familiar name came up for a DWI arrest. After further reading, the Tracy Feith that was arrested was in fact a SHE and not in any way related to the designer [27 East]

Any well-respected fashion designer is always dressed for the occasion, so we wouldn’t expect anything less from Tracy Feith - or a Tracy Feith look-a-like. Decked out in some laid-back duds for the Stephen Marley concert at The Surf Lodge this past Sunday, this guy had us almost convinced he was the fashion designing Surf Lodge regular. They both share the same long mane and happy-go-lucky attitude that had us doing double takes all night long. In ripped and worn denim and an army jacket complete with patches, this guy was totally prepped for the chilly weather. To top it off, his bright pink sunglasses were the perfect tool to keep his flowing locks out of his way when getting down to the reggae jams that kept going even after Stephen Marley departed from the stage.
