The Montauk Yacht Club Celebrates 80 Years With Roaring 20’s Bash

The Montauk Yacht Club celebrated there 80th Anniversary over the weekend with a Roaring 20’s Bash complete with cocktails, dinner, feather boas, pearls, and a faux casino with lots of “Montauk Money”. We arrived just in time for the unfortunate torrential downpour that we refused to let put a damper on our evening. We made a beeline for the food and beverage departments for Belvedere martinis and tasty treats while guests included NYC housewives Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, and Bethenny Frankel, Michael Lewittes, Andrew Farkas, Steve Kasuba, Devorah Rose, Jack Bryan, Christina Cuomo, Nick Leighton, and many, many more. We ventured as far East as possible Sunday night for our first visit to Surf Lodge and it was love at first sight, or should we say first listen. The sweet sound of the son of a legend behind the mic filled the outdoor deck just in time for sunset as the packed crowd swayed along.
