Maybe at first glance, you think meh, boooring. But look closer, at the tiny windows, the rich plum door, the tidy shingles… That it’s in Bridgehampton, which isn’t exactly known for its quaint real estate, makes it all the better. Plus I like the insouciant post of the painter as he balances on his step-ladder.

I just love that houses like this still exist in tony BHamp. Its owners could probably sell it over at least 2 mil, but I hope they won’t.
