[Desanne Gonsalves, Deondra Gonsalves, Andreas Vavaroutous, Roxanne Conso. All photos by Rob Rich] The Ferrari was the official car of the Hamptons this summer as it took over the roads Saturday afternoon for the First Annual Ferrari Hamptons Rally. Hamptonite Ferrari owners lunched at Georgica in East Hampton to mingle and talk shop before parading their Italian speedsters all over the East End. Guests included Richard Johnson, DJ Mel DeBarge, rally co-host and founder Nathaniel Christian, tons of Ferrari fans wanting a close look at the sexy sports cars, and Georgica’s very own David Schulman, Chef Robert Hesse, and Antonio Fuccio.

David Blaine Takes His Bag Of Tricks For A Night Out At Georgica

[Robert Hesse, David Blaine, Thomas R. Baker. Photo by Jarritt Clark] Is that David Blaine whipping out card tricks for Robert Hesse and the Fire Marshal? Apparently, not only will you find celebrity chefs, boy-social drama, and Monday night parties at Georgica Restaurant & Lounge, but you might also find famous magicians wowing the crowd. Eavesdropping Is What Guests Do Best…

  • We might understand if it was called Blue & Creamy, but when Rudy Guiliani mistook East Hampton’s Blue & Cream for an ice cream shop instead of a clothing boutique he must have been disappointed when he walked in. Was it the striped awning that confused him? [Page Six]
  • A 600 lb turtle washed up in front of a house on Kings Point Road. The East Hampton Town highway department had to use a bulldozer to move the thing. We might worry if turtle soup shows up on Georgica’s menu this weekend. [27East]

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Celebrity Chef Gets Four Star Rating On The Dance Floor At Georgica

[Eric Ripert tearing up the dance floor. Photos by Rob Rich] Looks like there’s a lot more going down at Georgica besides mooching off bottles and verbal smack-downs like celebrity chef Eric Ripert, earning four stars elsewhere besides on deck at one of his restaurants. When the french chef isn’t busy writing cookbooks, appearing on television, or cooking for events such as The Taste of the East End Annual Great Chef’s dinner, he apparently gets down on the dance floor where he was spotted entertaining two lady friends with his suave dance moves.

The Other Side Of The Laliber-gate Scandal Surfaces

[Kristian Laliberte. Photo via Radar] via guestofaguest.com: As there is always two sides to a story, we knew it was only a matter of time until information from the other half of the Laliber-Gate scuffle that occurred at Georgica Restaurant & Lounge came out of the wood work. According to few anonymous tipsters, the big-spending club goer was simply being protective of his booze that Kristian helped himself to without permission. This prompted Kristian to pull the “Do you know who I am?!” card when asked to leave the table which of course, is when the fun came to an end and when Kristian got to tweeting. While no behavior justifies blurting out homophobic slurs, it appears as though there’s a lot more to this story that needs to be uncovered. So who was really out of line?… MORE>>>

Kristian Laliberte Doesn’t Care How Big Your Bank Account Is, Even If Georgica Does

[Kristian Laliberte] via guestofaguest.com: Apparently if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all unless you have the cash to back it up. Or that’s the way it goes at Georgica supposedly, according to Kristian Laliberte’s tweet about his most recent situation involving homophobic remarks at the East Hampton hot spot this past Saturday. So what really happened to the boy social? While we’re still waiting to hear more scoop from Georgica insiders and some of the details still may be murky, we got Kristian’s opinion on the situation…MORE>>>

Eavesdropping Is What Guests Do Best…

  • Rivalries are abound this summer in the Hamptons. They have existed in Hamptons nightlife, the restaurant industry, and now the exercising business. The three-way spinning rivalry is reportedly between SoulCycle, Ride The Zone, and the newcomer (B)East studio. [SocialWorkout]
  • The evil tire boot may be lurking closer to your car than you ever once thought, especially if you are parked in East Hampton. At a hefty removal price of $175, you may want to be more cautious about where you are parking your vehicle. [MNN]
