The Pulse Of The City Comes To The Hamptons For An Afternoon Of Cocktails To Benefit CRF

An intimate cocktail party celebrating the Cardiovascular Research Foundation this past weekend. The event, appropriately entitled The Pulse of the City Comes To The Hamptons, was more than just your typical late afternoon gathering though; It was the kick-off to the charity’s fall gala honoring Dr. Martin Leon, which will be held on October 22nd at the Waldorf Astoria (put your dresses on hold at Bergdorf’s now, ladies). Held at the Moses family estate in Watermill, the party was filled with well-dressed guests, chatter and cocktails.

Day & Night transformed into a poolside runway Saturday afternoon as the brunch party went beach chic with the Hamptons Launch and Trunk Show for Jogo by Pooneh hosted by Social Life Magazine and Moet & Chandon. New York City socials and Hamptonite party-goers included Kristian Laliberte who kicked back cabana style with Annabel Vartanian while Devorah Rose joined the Jogo models for the fashion show. More »

Social Life magazine celebrated their June issue Saturday night with a bash at their Watermill Estate alongside cover girl Jessica Hart. No one took notice of the rainy Hamptons weather that plagued the entire weekend as the house party remained undeterred with cocktails, the tastiest hors d’oeuvres we had all night, and guests including the Trophy Kid cast Ryan Eggold, Nathan Lee Graham, David Gallagher, and Tanya Raymonde fresh from their stop at the Ross School’s 6th Annual Club Starlight Benefit in East Hampton. Other party-goers included Nicolas Potts, Scott Buccheit, Naeem Delbridge, David Chines, and of course the hosts Devorah Rose and Justin Mitchell.

It was far from a typical night at Pink Elephant on Saturday as art aficionado, boy about town, and GofG fave David Chines headed East with friends over the weekend to celebrate his 24th birthday. Ariel Moses hosted the evening which started with a private dinner at Day & Night Restaurant Beach Club, followed by a bash at Pink Elephant where the b-day party go-ers skipped the debauchery inside for a party of their own as they took over Pink’s outdoor deck for “pretty much the best birthday party ever”. Guests including Nick Dietz, Douglas Marshall, Sheehan Raab, Adriel Reboh, Briana Swanson, Jarret Moses, Zev Norotsky, and many more came by with lots of birthday love for Mr. Chines.

The Hamptons International Film Festival took over the hotel at the start of the weekend while Lisa Anastos along with Amanda Hearst, Martin Dawson, Shamim M. Momin, Dalia Oberlander, and Arden Wohl capped off the Maidstone’s festivities on Sunday as they hosted the kick-off for the Watermill Concert 2009. More »

At a beautiful Sagaponack estate, Connecticut clothiers Martin + Osa with Creative Time busted out the Veuve and hors d’oeurves to raise money for the named organization. Yours truly (moi) was on the host committee as well as Jonathan Adler, Siman Doonan, Mark Lagrish and Mike and Eloise D’Agastino. Attendees included AFL’s David Chines, fashion illustrator J. David McKenney, and our favorite boys Timo Weiland, Kristian Laliberte, and Sean Patrick Murray.
