On Missing Me At Surf Lodge…

On DBTH this morning:
A DBTH reader was out east this weekend and headed out to the Surf Lodge and fun was had. Our reader says “it was really fun, it’s really pretty on the water and the design is pretty sweet. The bathroom situation is annoying though. I did not see Rachelle.” Oh, don’t let that ruin your perfect night.
Nope, unfortunately I wasn’t in Montauk this weekend…had a little event in Watermill to attend. However, while we’re on the subject of bathrooms, the ones in the rooms of the Surf Lodge are delicious. With a simplistic big wooden sink and teal tins full of plush white towels, it is just what you would expect from a place called “Surf Lodge”. Oh and the shower? It’s design would please any decorator, with stone pebbles on the floor and large glass panels…but the view over the lake is what sold me.

Sounds like a relaxing and peaceful place that everyone must visit. Thanks for letting us know about the Surf Lodge!
