“Butter” Melts The Audience At Surf Lodge

[All photos by Rob Rich] The Saturday night performance at Surf Lodge went smooth as butter as G.Love’s pet side project Butter, who has recently been recording new tunes and touring, performed during the 2009 Outdoor Concert Series. G.Love excitedly tweet’d before Butter’s performance,“Surf Club in Montauk. Getting ready for the hit. Ohhh yeah”. Although it may have rained on Saturday, it certainly didn’t ruin Butter’s mojo. G.Love tweet’d after their performance as well, ”Butter melted the surflodge last night. Got rained out of the patio but moved it inside for the 3 set marathon. Oh yeah thanks Jayma!”. To make the evening even more special is was sponsored by Three Olives vodka. Surf Lodge will continue their summer concert series with Mishka this weekend. More pictures of G.Love’s concert below:
