Surf Lodge’s Take On The Bloody Mary

summer cocktailA reader just suggested I fill my polo sippy cup with a cocktail from Surf Lodge dubbed the Dumbala, and I couldn’t agree more. This concoction of roasted tomatoes, Snow Queen vodka, honey, celery salt, horseradish, olive juice, cilantro, worcestershire sauce, and jalapeno pepper tastes like a souped up, and not too boozy bloody mary.

Actually I kind of feel healthy drinking it, though maybe this is undue. Anyhow, fill an insulated thermos with this baby and you’ll have a polo field of dreams. Hopefully. I’m not sure on the proportions yet, but when I finish experimenting I’ll let you know.
