The highly anticipated sequel (at least as far as every girl we know is concerned) has been on a filming tour of Manhattan this summer and yesterday, SJP was spotted in head to toe 80s gear, a la Carrie Bradshaw, complete with Chuck Taylors, inside-out-off-the-shoulder sweatshirt, and a permed fro to die for. via guestofaguest.com: Joss Stone, Gavin DeGraw, and The Cold War Kids teamed up for a concert in Ashbury Park, NJ in support of The Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to the protection of oceans and beaches. The foundation includes over 50,000 wave riding members who work for the surf making an impact on shores all over the world including the Hamptons. Surfrider helped secure access to Montauk’s Camp Hero and helped approve new coastal legislation in East Hampton. MORE>>>

via guestofaguest.com: While we were getting ready for a grad slam tennis match here in the Hamptons, New York City was doing the same preparing itself for the U.S. Open with pro-ballers, crowds of A-Listers, and plenty of parties to go around, kick-starting the weekend of tennis playing mayhem. Friday night Heineken hosted a bash at the Skylight Studios with Serena and Venus Williams and James Blake complete with kegs and Wii tennis so party-goers could practice hitting balls of their own before the big game started.

In the Hamptons, a pool is required for a pool party. In Brooklyn? Not so much, and there wasn’t one party-goer in attendance who seemed to care that the main component to their favorite Sunday party was missing as Girl Talk, Wiz Khalifa and Max Tundra rocked the crowd.
