You know all the good houses get snatched up quick for next season out here in the Hamptons. That’s why we thought we’d help you start looking now. If you’re in the market for a big old summer share, than we may have just the house for you! Sadly enough, we never actually had the opportunity to go check out any of the 09′ share houses this year, but this one sure looks like a beaut’. More »
via guestofaguest.com: Team GofG traded the Jitney for a chopper last weekend during their trip to the Hamptons where they flew over this massive estate (or should we say castle) during their flight. We are unsure as to who lives in this “McMansion” complete with a stone structure and watch tower, but due to our recent visit to Sir Ivan’s castle, we can rule him out as the owner. Do you recognize this home? MORE>>>
via guestofaguest.com: While we’re not sure this house could survive an entire Hamptons summer in one piece, it would surely stand out against every other home on the East End as an estate worth 816 million Legos, not dollars. Toy fanatic and apparent Lego-pro, James May, is in the process of constructing his Real Lego House complete with two stories and a working bathroom. MORE>>>
[Photos via Corcoran] Our very own Carson Griffith finally met her Hamptons hero Christie Brinkley (she’s been waiting patiently since June) at the Ross School Tennis Match Sunday afternoon. In honor of Carson’s supermodel encounter, we thought it would be appropriate to choose Chrisite’s Bridgehampton estate as our pick for today’s Hamptons home … More »
This 4,300 square foot home made its’ debut in Montauk this summer having just been completed in June. It sits high atop a hill on Startop Drive with views of not just one waterfront, but three overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Montauk Lake, and Long Island Sound. You would probably have no need to leave the property except to go to the beach as it has all the qualities of a perfect Hamptons home… More »
[Photo by Patrick McMullan] Today’s Hampton home is the Sag Harbor estate of art collector Neda Young who hosted a party for Eric Fischl, the Lead Curator For AMERICA: NOW + HERE Photography Portfolio Saturday evening. The exterior of this home probably does not come close to comparing to the artistic treasures Neda has collected found inside… More »
[Photos via PMc] Musician Sir Ivan L. Wilzig’s Watermill home is a 12,000-square-foot castle known as the Playboy Mansion of the East Coast and the perfect location for huge extravagant summer parties which Sir Ivan is certainly known for throwing. He is gearing up for his highly anticipated Hamptons bash this Saturday with this summer’s theme, “Castlestock 2009″ in honor of Woodstock’s 40th anniversary to benefit the Peaceman Foudation. Flowered attire required, of course… More »

This private residence is located in Southampton and welcomed guests including… More »
[Photo via EHP] Hopefully this East Hampton home will still be standing next summer. More often than not, it is the west coast that reports on coastal homes being in imminent danger from erosion and therefore collapsing. But news like that from the east coast, especially the Hamptons, is far less common. Unfortunately, this house is located at Louse Point in East Hampton and is in grave danger of future storm surges and eventually collapsing… More »
The home of Walter Noel, whose Fairfield Greenwich Group lost $7.5 Billion dollars with Uncle Bernie, can be rented for the month of August for $375,000 (cough). This house is sure to fly off the shelf…and if/when it does rent, it will leave only 7,499,125,000 left to be paid back to investors. Woohoo!
