“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Waiting In Line For The Last Drink Of Summer At Surf Lodge
[All photos by ROB RICH] We’ve all been there. Especially on a Saturday night and especially at Surf Lodge. But since the end of summer arrived last weekend along with the end of Surf Lodge’s season, getting to the bar by pushing your way through 6-foot surfer dudes and groups of dancing Montaukers was totally worth the “so packed I can’t move” crowd. The Montauk chill spot was a favorite for almost everyone heading East this summer (including GofGHamptons), so appreciating every bit of time there during Labor Day weekend was a must even if that meant starting your own bar-side party during your neverending wait for a drink like this group above. They wasted no time celebrating the end of summer…

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Saying Goodbye To Dune’s Summer Of AXE-tastic Adventures
[All photos by LISA WAGNER for BlogHamptons] Sunday was a sad, sad day for club-crawlers across the East End as Axe Lounge at Dune celebrated its final weekend of the summer season. These guys were especially heart broken as their days of bonding over bottles of booze while showing off their fist-pumping techniques, hitting on scantily-clad girls, and partying until they can’t see straight behind the walls of the Southampton hot spot are officially over. Now they will have to wait until next summer to participate in all of the AXE-tastic booze-filled mayhem because where else will they find such a place…named after a can of man spray.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Drinking Away Your End Of Summer Blues At Day & Night’s Labor Day Weekend Brunch Fest
Go HERE for more photos by JT WHITE and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS! Day & Night has served as the perfect spot for party-goers to unleash their mid afternoon fist-pumping, rosé chugging, and fla-bongo using needs this summer, all of which came to a close Saturday afternoon as D & N hosted their Labor Day Brunch Fest. Or maybe “booze fest” would be the more appropriate title as the large crowd of rosé-craving Hamptonites drank away their end of summer blues while kick-starting the holiday weekend. The bash managed to bring out the party animal in everyone as guests we would never expect to see were spotted on table tops fist-pumping their little hearts out (ahem…We saw you Neel Shah) right along side Day & Night veterans (fist-pumping pro Dr. Shawn Sadri)….

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Surprise! It’s Your Birthday And We’re Taking You To Dune!
[Carson Griffith] Go HERE for more photos and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!
We’ve heard countless stories, seen endless amounts of photos and have even made a few trips ourselves to the AXE-tastic Southampton hot spot, Axe Lounge at Dune, but what better way to get the full experience than with a surprise birthday party for one of our very own. Especially since we’re pretty sure there is no other way GofG’s Carson Griffith would prefer to spend her birthday in the Hamptons than with giant sparklers, New York City DJ Nick Cohen, as much champagne as a birthday girl could ever wish for, her closest friends, co-workers, and this guy along with the huge crowd of man-spray wearing, fist pumping, rump shaking AXE Loungers.

Montauk Sunsets On The Outdoor Deck At Surf Lodge With Banky Banx And Winston Irie

[All photos by R. Cole for Rob Rich]
No summer flings were needed this summer for GofGHamptons because it was love at first sight the moment we stepped on the outdoor deck at Surf Lodge for the first time in May. Since then, there’s been no other place we would rather be on a Sunday night than relaxing water-side with cocktails in hand, talent on the mic, and a Montauk sunset overhead… More »

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Babysitting Your Parents For A Night Out In The Hamptons
[Photos by K. Doran for Rob Rich] A night out for your parents weekend-ing in the Hamptons might consist of a pleasant dinner out at Nick & Toni’s, Trata, or Della Femina for cocktails and dinner before calling it a night. But moms and dads need to let loose every once in a while too, right? It is the summer and it is the Hamptons and everyone should spend a night or two going loco with friends, even if you’re pushing 40…and then some. While Pink Elephant or Dune might be a little extreme (”No mom, the lights are supposed to flash on and off and that’s Vodka they’re chugging from the bottle, not water”) Barracuda Bar at the Montauk Yacht Club made the perfect location for this no-kids-allowed group of Hamptonites who were spotted tearing it up by the bar and on the dance floor during the yacht club’s weekly Friday night party featuring DJ Jeffrey Tonnesen.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Lee Scratch Perry Brings Huge Crowd To Surf Lodge Sundays
[All photos by R.Cole for Rob Rich] You would’ve thought it was a Saturday night at Surf Lodge as The Big Bounce took to the stage on the outdoor deck followed by reggae legend, Lee Scratch Perry. The huge crowd of Surf Lodgers filled the deck Sunday night to jam with the 73 year-old reggae star who had everyone on their feet during his late night performance. Party-goers sipped “Endless Summer” cocktails and slurped fruity Patron popsicles that we’re almost as popular as Lee Scratch Perry’s purple beard.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Party On The Dance Floor At The Lets Dance Benefit For The ASPCA
[Mark Consuelos with friends. All photos by Rob Rich] Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos left the kids with the babysitter Sunday night to party in the Hamptons. The couple tore it up on the dance floor at the Opening Day “Let’s Dance” celebration of The Hampton Classic benefiting the ASPCA Equine Fund in Sagaponack. Kelly hosted the event alongside Mary Rivas and Pamela Polk and after mingling with party-goers she grabbed her hubby and headed for the dance floor. Judging by the look on his face, he was more than happy to be there. DJ M spun the tunes and the crowd danced the night away for a cause. More coverage from this event coming soon.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Dancers Entertain For The Stoli And Hamptons Magazine Moskova Affair
Go HERE for more photos by JT WHITE and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS! When we arrived to the private East Hampton home of Jamie Drake & Shawn Murphy (only accessible via golf cart, by the way) for the Stoli and Hamptons Magazine party Saturday night, we knew we were going to be in for quite the bash. The event was held at the beautiful estate to celebrate the launch of NBC’s new show, LX New York, a live, daily lifestyle show. The evening featured a “deconstructed” ballet performance by Vau de VIre Society who kept guests entertained throughout the evening as costumed dancers fluttered about the crowd spinning neon hula hoops while others posed provocatively as party-goers looked on. Guests drank watermelon Stoli cocktails while DJ Nick Cohen kept the turn tables spinning poolside.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Making Out With Bottles Of Champagne At AXE Lounge At Dune
Go HERE for more photos by JT WHITE and TAG YOURSELF and YOUR FRIENDS!
This club-goer, spotted Saturday night at AXE Lounge at Dune really, really likes his champagne. It was love at first sip as he spent the night getting frisky with his bottle of Perrier-Jouët. All other fist-pumping, vodka-guzzling, girl-macking club activities were put on hold so he could spend some quality time alone with his bubbly. He even paraded the bottle around the club showing it off to DJ MOS in the DJ Booth, and other club-goers including Dune owner Matt Shendell and DJ Cassidy.

“Best 2k I Ever Spent!” Bungalow 8 Goes To The Beach Bringing Lindsay Lohan Along For The Party
[All photos by Adriel Reboh for PMc] Amy Sacco and Jamie Hatchett hosted Beach Blanket Bungalow Saturday night at Pink Elephant bringing Bungalow 8 to the Hamptons for the very first time. All things were just as they should be for a night out at the New York City hot spot on the East End replacing its’ striped banquettes with sandy cabanas, an exclusive “you’re not on the list so go home” door policy, and a who’s who crowd of party-going Hamptonites. Guests included the likes of Steven Klein, Liam McMullan and fiancee Aesha Waks, Nacho Figueras, and Richard Johnson. Even Lindsey Lohan and her “fingers in the mouth pose” stopped by before heading to Dune where she was spotted partying the night away.
