When we heard that Judy Giuliani had been spotted in Bridgehampton’s TJ Maxx, we were a bit surprised. Not because it was Judy –where else is she going to find last year’s Coach overstock?, but because we couldn’t picture Bridgehampton residents allowing hulking megastores to mar their quaint town. Is it clapboarded, or shingled, we wondered? No, it turns out, and worse, it’s not a one-of-a-kind. BHamp is also home to a KMart. Maybe salt water is better for polyester than we’d thought…
