I got yelled at by a friend the other day. “Not everyone wants to run around in a skimpy, little bikini!” Ok, well what about all these really amazing, adorable one pieces I find? “What if I want a two piece though?” Fair game. So I think I found a great compromise: This slightly retro navy and white floral bikini from Top Shop will keep you from showing off everything you have to offer. If you don’t have much up top, it’s got a push-up function to give you a little boost. Big busted? Don’t worry - there’s enough coverage to go around. Either way, you’ll be feeling like a pin-up girl in no time - just add the proper hairdo and some red lipstick. [Suit Up!]

- “Sir Ivan” Wilzig’s annual Hamptons bash, that is known to be one of the most eccentric parties of the summer, will be Woodstock themed this year. In order to cross the draw bridge covering the moat around his home, guests are being asked to wear flowers [NYP]

Where was this automobile over the weekend when we needed it most? This shell fish on wheels would have been perfect for cruising around the Great Lawn at the Montauk Yacht Club during the Hamptons Magazine Clambake. Sure, we would have disrupted the dance floor and probably wouldn’t be warmly welcomed by guests trying to enjoy the delicious food, but we can’t think of a better way to do a clambake than in a lobster mobile.

[Photo via Getty] Mercedes-Benz sure has been working the East coast circuit this summer. Not only are they part of the Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field in Bridgehampton but they recently sponsored Fashion Week Swim in Miami, FL. This particular suit was shown at the Extra Life Lycra 2010 fashion swim show. The black one-piece is of exquisite quality however, it is hard to pay attention to the suit with the jumble of fake plastic plants accessorized on the models shoulder. We knew there had to be Bridgehampton Polo-goers who were there for the party sprinkled amongst those there for the photo ops. And sure enough, we found them. With the Blue Star Jet Field covered with as many liquor sponsors as horses, it comes to no surprise that these fellas arrived ready to take full advantage of the booze-fest taking place under the tents. If your idea of a day on the field includes, a beer or two (or five), chatting it up with Heidi Albertson and Heidi Wynne, followed by a wild after-party at Stephen Talkhouse, then check out the pics below for some pointers…
